Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in a clean, resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
