Are Woolroom products machine washable?
Most of our bedding collections, including our 'Washable Wool' range, are specifically designed to be machine washed on a wool cycle with specialized wool detergent. Please check the specific care label on your product for exact instructions.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For larger furniture items or mattresses, delivery can take between 2-3 weeks as these require specialized two-man delivery teams to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Do you offer a sleep trial on mattresses?
Yes, we offer a 100-night sleep trial on our wool mattresses. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you aren't sleeping better after 100 nights, you can return or exchange it.
Is your wool ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We are committed to the highest standards of animal welfare. All our wool is sourced through the Wool ID programme, ensuring full traceability back to the farm and guaranteeing that the sheep are treated ethically.
What is your return policy for bedding?
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on bedding items (pillows, duvets, protectors) if they are unopened and in their original packaging, unless they are covered by our 'Sleep Guarantee' program.
